Urban Restoration is a company specializing in building custom homes, new construction, and residential remodels. Owner Reg Willing has been in the residential building industry for over 20 years. Reg has earned a reputation for providing best in class customer satisfaction to each and every client, while also performing his work with transparency and integrity, which are the key philosophies that drive his business. He has successfully constructed over 1000 homes and has been recognized both locally and nationally for his innovative approach to sustainable building and land development. In 2011 Reg launched Urban Restoration and in 2015 he recently expanded his business to include remodels and commercial projects as well as staying focused on the new construction and custom home market.

Now more than ever there is a need for quality construction, trust and a renewed focus on customer service. Reg has a team of highly skilled professionals that strive to make the building or remodeling process enjoyable. He has spent years building strong relationships with local contractors, and takes pride in his ability to understand and interpret his clients’ needs. Reg was born and raised in the Northwest and currently resides in Bellevue with his wife, Sam, and two children.  He earned his BA in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Urban Development from Washington State University.

VICTOR RUZHIN
Principal, UR Remodel

Victor Ruzhin came to the United States in the mid-90’s with his family, including his mother and 5 siblings. When Victor was just 18 years old, he and his brother Paul, built an exteriors and siding business from the ground up. He quickly learned everything about the craft and eventually and expertly grew the company into a multi-million dollar business. He and his brother became well known for their thoughtful attention to detail and trusting client relationships. The business grew quickly across commercial, residential, hotel and retail business models. Victor met his now partner, Reg Willing, while working on a custom home in Bellevue, Washington.

Reg immediately recognized Victor’s willingness to go above and beyond for the client, his attention to detail, his honesty, integrity and his commitment to customer service and client satisfaction. Reg and Victor share in their passion for the details in their craft, but more importantly, they are aligned in how much they value the client relationship. Victor and Reg formed their business partnership in 2015 where he oversees the day to day operations of the remodel side of the business.

When Victor is not growing the business for UR Remodel, he loves to spend time with his wife, Victoria, and his two young daughters, Isabella, Marianna and his baby boy Christian.

MICHELLE HAUSER

Project Coordinator, UR Remodel

Urban Restoration hired Michelle as a Project Coordinator in November of 2017.  

Michelle comes to us after working in accounting and finance field, for a local company in the Seattle area. Michelle grew up on Mercer Island and attended College at San Francisco State University with a degree in Communications. Her background in communications as well has her work experience has contributed to her strong customer services skills. She has the strength and ability to not only work closely with clients, but also with contractors and vendors insuring timeliness and accuracy as a Project Coordinator.

Michelle is a mother of three teenage boys. She keeps herself busy with her sons active schedules, skiing, travel, and enjoying all the outdoor activities the PNW has to offer.

We are proud to have Michelle on the Urban Restoration team. She is an asset to the work we provide.
